FAQ
How long will it take to receive my photos or video?
For photo sessions it takes 2-5 business days depending on your photo package. Videography post production editing is 2-4 weeks depending on the video length.
How do I receive my photos?
Once your photos are complete we will send you a link to a private online gallery where you can download both your high-resolution and web-sized files (web-sized are more ideal for sharing on social media).
Who selects which photos will be edited?
Great question! We do. We carefully go through each photo taken and select the best of the bunch to edit and deliver in your gallery. We used to allow our clients to select their photos, but with experience we realized that (1) this process takes more time for us to deliver the photos to our clients and (2) our client's selection was almost always identical to what our selection would have been.
Can I receive the RAW files?
Our photography is our artwork, and without the post-processing methods that we apply to the photos it is unfinished artwork. For this reason we only release the finished, professionally edited, high-resolution photos to our clients and nothing less.
How long have you been a photographer?
I have been shooting professionally for over 5 years now.
Will there be a second shooter?
We do work with other talented & professional photographers and if the job is extensive and large then yes we will bring in another shooter.
What if my skin has a blemish on the day of our photos?
Not to worry! We can easily retouch blemishes such as acne, cuts, and bruises so that your skin looks flawless. Anything that wouldn't normally be on your skin a month later we typically retouch unless otherwise requested!
Do you print the photos?
We will recommend services that are cost friendly and of high quality that is local to you!
